What is your return policy?
In line with EU consumer law, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items, as well as sale items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How long does it take to process my order?
In-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-orders and made-to-order items are excluded from normal fulfillment times.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are clearly listed on each product page.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Uppsala, Sweden.
What shipping options do you offer?
All orders include tracked shipping.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
- EU orders: VAT is included — no additional customs fees should apply.
- United States: Orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are included in the $24 shipping rate.
- All other international destinations: Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes — all shipments include tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
allmansright is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and keep all packaging materials for a claim.

What if I receive a defective item?
If your item has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please email Sales@allmansright.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing or production, changes may no longer be possible.

Our products are designed and produced in small batches with a focus on durability, function, and responsible material sourcing.
We work closely with trusted suppliers and continuously refine our processes as we grow.
