Refund policy
We hope you love your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from allmansright.com. For items bought from one of our stockists, please contact the store.
14-day right of return
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To start a return, email sales@allmansright.com with your order number and the items you're returning. Any clear message works, and you can also use the EU model withdrawal form. Once you've told us, you have 14 days to send the items back.
Condition of returns
Please return items unused and, if possible, in their original packaging. You're welcome to handle and inspect your gear like you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect its lower value.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we've received your return, or proof that you've sent it, we'll refund you within 14 days of your return request, to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original standard shipping cost. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Exceptions
We can't accept returns on:
- custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- gift cards
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item has a defect, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at sales@allmansright.com with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace, or refund it, and cover the shipping. You can report faults in materials or workmanship for up to 3 years after delivery. See also Our Guarantee.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us. Please keep the packaging and send a photo. We'll handle it with the carrier.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
