We did our best to consider the experience of using a stake sack. Made of durable Dyneema, the opening is very wide and feature pull tabs for no hassle opening/closing. The draw-cord is aslo made with Dyneema to support that feature. To top it off, the seams are taped to keep stakes from easily poking through.

Though recommended for the lighter ranger of tent stake combinations and their guy lines, the small holster can carry a few large MSR Ground Hog tent stakes.

Advantage:

  • Ultralight
  • Durable
  • Water resistant (fully seam taped)
  • Wide Opening
  • Easy to open and close while wearing gloves.

Craftsmanship

I just got this in the mail from Garage Grown Gear, and I'm impressed by the craftsmanship and the thought that went into creating an item that's so simple. The sewing is perfect, the seams are taped well, and the closure uses a novel plastic spring that is exactly right for the job. It's really well done.
